The Head Chef at Santos Organics in Byron Bay, he is a plant-based Chef he is also a passionate Speaker, Creator & Inspirer who has spent the last 25 years on a journey to understanding health & well being, on a physical level & also on the deeper realms as a human being & living on this amazing planet. His intention is to help as many people as a possible bridge over to a Plant-Based life & help them recognize how that is a way to restore balance on this planet.

His message permeating through all that he does and shares is that we have a responsibility to take care of ourselves & the planet. We can no longer live just taking care of our needs. Plant-based living is a responsible way of living with so many hidden benefits not just those initially realized. He shares that this is a time where we are being asked to evolve, the ways of the past will not move us to where we need to go. Plant Based living is very much us aligning with our Inspired Evolution – & living a greater deeper life … living and having more with less !
